Responsibilities
- UI Design: Create modern, visually appealing interfaces for websites, dashboards, mobile applications, and digital products.
- UX Research: Understand user needs, business objectives, customer journeys, and usability challenges through appropriate research methods.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Website Design: Design responsive business websites, landing pages, e-commerce interfaces, and marketing-focused digital experiences.
- Mobile App Design: Develop user-friendly interfaces for Android and iOS applications while following relevant platform conventions.
- Design Systems: Build and maintain reusable components, typography standards, color systems, spacing guidelines, and interface patterns.
- User Journey Mapping: Define navigation structures, information architecture, and interaction flows that simplify user experiences.
- Conversion Rate Optimization: Design landing pages, calls to action, forms, and conversion paths that support measurable business goals.
- Usability Testing: Evaluate prototypes and existing interfaces, identify usability issues, and recommend improvements based on feedback and evidence.
- Accessibility: Apply WCAG principles and inclusive design practices to improve accessibility across digital experiences.
- Developer Collaboration: Prepare design specifications, reusable components, assets, and implementation guidance for development teams.
- Product Improvement: Analyze available user feedback, analytics, and behavioral insights to refine digital experiences.
- Design Quality Assurance: Review implemented interfaces to ensure consistency with approved designs and interaction requirements.
- AI-Assisted Design: Explore appropriate AI-supported research, prototyping, and design workflows to improve creative productivity.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, product design, or digital interface design.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, components, variants, and interactive prototyping.
- Proven experience designing responsive websites, web applications, or mobile applications.
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, usability, and interaction design.
- Experience developing wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity interface designs.
- Understanding of typography, color systems, spacing, visual hierarchy, and layout composition.
- Experience creating reusable design systems and component libraries.
- Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first design practices.
- Understanding of web accessibility standards and inclusive design.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and project stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet project deadlines.
- Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects, design processes, and completed digital experiences.
Nice-to-have skills
- Experience designing SaaS platforms, CRM dashboards, e-commerce systems, and business applications.
- Familiarity with Framer, Webflow, or modern visual website development platforms.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend development concepts.
- Experience working with React, Next.js, or React Native development teams.
- Knowledge of user research methods, usability testing, and UX analytics.
- Experience with Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics 4, or similar behavioral analytics tools.

- Understanding of SEO-friendly website design and marketing conversion funnels.
