Terms and Conditions
Terms for using the Synbus website and engaging with Synbus services.
Terms and Conditions
Overview
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Synbus website, public content, contact forms, service inquiry workflows, proposals, quotes, project communications, and related Synbus digital services unless a separate written agreement states different terms.
By using the website, submitting information, requesting a quote, approving a proposal, or engaging Synbus services, you agree to use Synbus channels lawfully, provide accurate information, and follow the applicable written project documents.
Website Use
The Synbus website is provided for general business information, service discovery, client communication, and inquiry handling. You may browse the website for lawful purposes and may contact Synbus about legitimate business, employment, partnership, or service inquiries.
You must not misuse the website, interfere with security, submit false or harmful information, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected areas, disrupt availability, upload malicious content, or use Synbus channels for spam, fraud, harassment, or unlawful activity.
Service Inquiries, Quotes, and Project Documents
Website pages, articles, service descriptions, pricing examples, case studies, and general statements are informational only. They do not create a service commitment, guaranteed result, fixed scope, or binding quote unless confirmed in a written proposal, quote, invoice, order, contract, statement of work, or other approved project document.
Project scope, deliverables, timelines, pricing, payment terms, revisions, support, launch criteria, client responsibilities, acceptance steps, and exclusions are governed by the applicable written project document. If a project document conflicts with these website terms, the project document controls for that engagement.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, approvals, content, brand assets, access credentials, technical requirements, stakeholder decisions, and legal rights to materials supplied to Synbus. Delays or incomplete information may affect timelines, cost, delivery, and launch readiness.
Clients remain responsible for reviewing deliverables, confirming business accuracy, legal compliance, regulatory claims, product or service claims, pricing, offers, testimonials, intellectual property permissions, and final approvals before publication or launch.
Content, Intellectual Property, and Licenses
Synbus website content, branding, designs, layouts, code, documentation, images, videos, graphics, copy, and other materials are owned by Synbus or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, republish, sell, modify, reverse engineer, or exploit protected materials without written permission.
Client-provided materials remain the client's responsibility. By providing materials to Synbus, the client confirms it has the rights needed for Synbus to use those materials for the requested project, including publication, editing, hosting, optimization, and delivery activities.
Ownership and license rights for project deliverables are governed by the applicable written project document and payment status. Third-party software, fonts, plugins, platforms, stock assets, open-source libraries, hosting services, and integrations may remain subject to their own licenses and provider terms.
Payments, Third-Party Services, and Access
Payments, deposits, milestones, subscription fees, renewals, late fees, refunds, cancellation rights, and support coverage are governed by the applicable quote, invoice, contract, or written agreement.
Some projects may require third-party services such as hosting, domains, analytics, advertising platforms, payment processors, content systems, email providers, APIs, or software subscriptions. Third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy notices, pricing, availability, and support rules. Synbus is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, account restrictions, price changes, or platform decisions outside Synbus control.
No Guaranteed Business Results
Synbus works to provide professional strategy, design, development, SEO, automation, and digital growth services. However, search rankings, traffic, conversions, revenue, ad performance, approval decisions, platform behavior, and business outcomes depend on many factors outside Synbus control and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in a written agreement.
Acceptable Use and Security
You agree not to use Synbus systems or deliverables in a way that violates law, infringes rights, distributes malware, attacks systems, misleads users, sends unlawful communications, abuses platforms, or damages Synbus, clients, users, service providers, or the public.
Synbus may restrict access, reject submissions, suspend service workflows, preserve records, or take reasonable action when misuse, security risk, fraud, unlawful activity, payment issues, or policy violations are suspected.
Privacy and Cookies
Synbus handles personal data according to the Synbus Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and GDPR Compliance Notice. By using the website or submitting information, you acknowledge that Synbus may process information as described in those notices and in any applicable project agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Synbus is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from website use, informational content, third-party services, delays, platform changes, interruptions, or reliance on general website materials.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where limitation is not permitted by law, including liability arising from fraud, intentional misconduct, or rights that cannot legally be waived.
Changes to These Terms
Synbus may update these Terms and Conditions when website features, services, legal requirements, project workflows, or business practices change. The latest version will be published on this page.
