Synbus is looking for a skilled Flutter Developer to build modern cross-platform mobile applications for businesses and digital product clients. You will develop responsive, maintainable applications using Flutter and Dart, integrate APIs and backend services, and ensure consistent performance across Android and iOS. The ideal candidate has strong Flutter development experience, understands mobile application architecture, and can translate UI/UX designs into polished, production-ready applications. You will collaborate with backend developers, designers, and project stakeholders to deliver reliable mobile solutions that address practical business needs.
Responsibilities
- Flutter Development: Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- UI Implementation: Convert Figma designs into responsive, reusable, and visually consistent Flutter widgets.
- State Management: Implement maintainable state management using Riverpod, BLoC, Provider, or equivalent approaches.
- API Integration: Integrate REST APIs, authentication services, and backend systems.
- Database Integration: Implement local storage, caching, and cloud-connected data workflows.
- Application Architecture: Structure applications using maintainable design patterns and reusable components.
- Performance Optimization: Improve rendering efficiency, startup performance, memory usage, and application responsiveness.
- Testing: Develop unit, widget, and integration tests to improve application reliability.
- Deployment: Prepare Android and iOS builds, manage release configurations, and support app store publishing.
- Maintenance: Troubleshoot production issues, update packages, and maintain application compatibility.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional Flutter and Dart development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Flutter widgets, layouts, navigation, and application lifecycle.
- Experience with Riverpod, BLoC, Provider, or similar state management solutions.
- Experience consuming REST APIs and managing asynchronous data.
- Familiarity with Firebase, Supabase, or equivalent backend services.
- Understanding of mobile application architecture and clean coding practices.
- Experience with secure authentication and local data storage.
- Knowledge of Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Experience building and deploying Android and iOS applications.
- Portfolio or published applications demonstrating Flutter development skills.
Nice-to-have skills
- Experience with Flutter Web and desktop applications.
- Familiarity with Firebase Cloud Messaging and push notifications.
- Experience integrating subscriptions, payment gateways, or in-app purchases.
- Knowledge of native Android and iOS platform channels.
- Familiarity with mobile CI/CD using GitHub Actions, Codemagic, or Fastlane.
- Experience with Google Maps, location services, and device APIs.
- Knowledge of automated testing and application performance monitoring.
