Synbus is seeking an experienced Mobile App Developer to design, build, test, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for Android and iOS. You will work on business applications, customer-facing mobile platforms, API-connected systems, and mobile solutions that help clients improve customer experiences and business operations. The ideal candidate understands mobile application architecture, user interface development, backend integration, application performance, and deployment workflows. Depending on project requirements, you may work with native mobile technologies or cross-platform frameworks such as Flutter and React Native.
Responsibilities
- Mobile Development: Develop and maintain Android and iOS applications based on approved requirements and designs.
- UI Implementation: Build intuitive, accessible, and responsive mobile interfaces.
- API Integration: Connect mobile applications with backend APIs, authentication services, databases, and business platforms.
- Application Architecture: Develop reusable components and maintainable application structures.
- Performance Optimization: Improve startup times, responsiveness, network efficiency, and application stability.
- Security: Implement secure authentication, sensitive data handling, and platform-appropriate security practices.
- Testing: Conduct functional testing, device compatibility testing, and regression testing.
- Push Notifications: Integrate notifications and other mobile platform services where required.
- App Deployment: Prepare builds and support submission and release workflows for Google Play and Apple App Store.
- Maintenance: Troubleshoot bugs, monitor crashes, update dependencies, and support application improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional mobile application development experience.
- Proven experience delivering Android or iOS applications.
- Proficiency in at least one modern mobile development stack.
- Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and app architecture.
- Experience integrating REST APIs and backend services.
- Familiarity with authentication, local storage, and application state management.
- Knowledge of mobile debugging, testing, and performance optimization.
- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Understanding of application publishing and release processes.
- Portfolio or published applications demonstrating practical development experience.
Nice-to-have skills
- Experience with Flutter, React Native, Kotlin, or Swift.
- Familiarity with Firebase, Supabase, or cloud-based backend services.
- Knowledge of mobile payments, subscriptions, and in-app purchases.
- Experience with push notifications, geolocation, and device integrations.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
- Experience integrating AI-powered features into mobile apps.
