Synbus is looking for a versatile Full Stack Developer to build modern web applications, business platforms, automation-enabled systems, and custom digital solutions. You will work across frontend and backend development, creating responsive interfaces, secure API integrations, database structures, and reliable application workflows. The ideal candidate has strong experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and relational databases, along with an understanding of application architecture, security, and performance optimization. You will collaborate with designers, developers, automation specialists, and project stakeholders to deliver maintainable solutions that solve real business problems.
Responsibilities
- Frontend Development: Build responsive web interfaces using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern styling frameworks.
- Backend Development: Develop secure server-side functionality, APIs, authentication systems, and business logic.
- Database Development: Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and data relationships.
- API Integrations: Connect applications with third-party APIs, payment systems, CRMs, and automation platforms.
- Application Architecture: Develop reusable components and maintainable application structures.
- Authentication and Security: Implement authorization, secure session handling, input validation, and appropriate access controls.
- Performance Optimization: Improve application responsiveness, rendering performance, API efficiency, and database operations.
- Testing and Debugging: Write automated tests, diagnose application issues, and maintain code quality.
- Deployment: Collaborate on CI/CD workflows, cloud deployments, environment configuration, and production monitoring.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in code reviews, technical planning, documentation, and iterative product development.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional full stack development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Practical experience with Next.js and modern web application architecture.
- Experience developing REST APIs and integrating external services.
- Strong understanding of PostgreSQL, MySQL, or comparable relational databases.
- Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and web application security.
- Familiarity with Git, version control, and collaborative development workflows.
- Experience deploying and maintaining production applications.
- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and frontend performance.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.
Nice-to-have skills
- Experience with Supabase, Prisma, or similar database and backend tools.
- Familiarity with Vercel, AWS, Docker, or cloud infrastructure.
- Knowledge of serverless functions and event-driven systems.
- Experience with Stripe or other payment integrations.
- Understanding of GraphQL, WebSockets, and real-time applications.
- Experience integrating OpenAI, Anthropic, or other AI APIs.
- Familiarity with n8n, background jobs, and workflow automation.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
