Synbus is looking for a skilled Webflow Web Developer to create high-performing, responsive, and visually polished websites for businesses and international clients. You will transform website designs into functional Webflow experiences, implement CMS-driven content, optimize website performance, and integrate marketing and analytics tools. The ideal candidate combines excellent visual implementation skills with a strong understanding of responsive design, Webflow CMS, technical SEO, and website usability. You will collaborate with UI/UX designers, SEO specialists, and digital marketers to deliver websites that look professional, load efficiently, and support measurable business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Webflow Development: Build responsive business websites, landing pages, and reusable components using Webflow.
- Design Implementation: Translate Figma designs and brand guidelines into accurate, production-ready pages.
- CMS Development: Configure Webflow CMS collections, dynamic templates, content relationships, and reusable content structures.
- Responsive Design: Ensure consistent layouts and functionality across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Custom Development: Implement custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript when required.
- SEO Optimization: Configure metadata, heading structures, canonical settings, structured data, and search-friendly URLs.
- Performance Optimization: Improve loading performance, image delivery, accessibility, and Core Web Vitals.
- Integrations: Connect websites with analytics, marketing platforms, forms, CRM tools, and third-party services.
- Quality Assurance: Test website functionality, responsive layouts, navigation, and browser compatibility.
- Website Maintenance: Manage website updates, troubleshoot issues, and support client requests.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience building production websites using Webflow.
- Strong understanding of Webflow Designer, CMS, components, and responsive layouts.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
- Experience converting Figma designs into Webflow websites.
- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and website usability.
- Knowledge of on-page SEO and technical website optimization.
- Experience integrating forms, analytics, and third-party services.
- Ability to troubleshoot website issues independently.
- Strong attention to visual detail and website performance.
- Portfolio demonstrating completed Webflow projects.
Nice-to-have skills
- Experience with GSAP and advanced website animations.
- Familiarity with Relume, Finsweet Attributes, or similar Webflow development utilities.
- Understanding of Webflow APIs and automation integrations.
- Experience with Make, Zapier, or n8n.
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, GA4, and conversion tracking.
- Experience with website migrations and multilingual websites.
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization and landing page testing.
